Very comfortable bed and good facilities. Gabriella and Valentina were really friendly and helpful! The room was exactly what we needed and we were very happy.

Wonderful place to stay in heart of Florence
Centrally located, wonderfully decorated room with a choice of pillows and a comfortable bed. It is visible that the owner takes a good care of the facilities. Extremely friendly host offering valuable tips for sightseeing, restaurants and bars + free Nespresso coffee and umbrellas when needed We were extremely lucky to get this place in heart of Florence booked just one night before our trip got started.
Just two observations to consider when booking: the room has a small bathroom and there is no elevator in the building whereas the rooms are located at the second floor.

Wonderful stay!
Gabriella was very friendly and inviting. She shared good information and even though her English wasn’t perfect she tried hard to communicate with us.
The location is great for getting around. The earplugs provided should be used at bedtime. as the street is noisy.

Wonderful stay
The hosts were very sweet and gave us amazing tips on restaurants and things to do. The location is really great, we had privacy in our room and everything was spotless! It was a lovely stay!!!
The room Arancio faces the street and there was loud noise throughout the night. There were ear plugs for noise reduction in the room, which was really nice and thoughtful of the hosts and helped us a lot. Yet, if you're a very light sleeper, you might consider getting the other room, which faces the patio. The mattress could also be a bit more firm, but this is a matter of taste ;-). In general we had a wonderful stay and I totally recommend Home Milu.
